The Clubhouse

How it Works

  • Contact us to discuss your thoughts and ideas for a rugby event including when and where you’d like to host your event.
  • Discuss which Rugby great(s) you might like at your event and compere options.
  • Agree pricing, meal and entertainment you think will attract your guest.
  • We will set up a web-page for you to point your guests to, allowing you to sell tickets directly through WAS or a ticketing agent of your choice.
  • Receive regular updates on ticket sales and plans so you know how things are coming together.
  • Walk through the order of your event so we can work out timings to make the event flow. 
  • Host the event and provide an agreed donation to your club or charity.
